About Golden Bookkeeping Services

Denisha Marino, owner of Golden Bookkeeping Services, works with small business owners who want to gain a better grasp of where their companies stand financially. Through her bookkeeping, consulting, and training for QuickBooks® skills, she helps both local and remote businesses get their books caught up or corrected. She goes beyond other bookkeepers by helping her clients become more proactive about using their financial information to improve their businesses.

Denisha has a flair for communicating difficult concepts in terms anyone can understand.   With her troubleshooting skills, she can turn around any situation and recently cleaned up a QuickBooks company file and streamlined the accounting procedures for a client.  The client was able to outsource the accounting function and hire a part-time media specialist with less money than they paid the previous full time bookkeeper.

Denisha is passionate about staying up-to-date in accounting and QuickBooks and her clients appreciate her dedication to high quality. Her certifications include:

• Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor

Denisha is a member of NATP (National Association of Tax Professionals), the AIPB (American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers), Accountex, and QBExpress.

Prior to starting her own business in 2005, Denisha spent time raising her family and has experience in the banking, financial, and oil and gas industries.   She completed a continuing education tax course and has completed accounting courses at University of Colorado at Denver, Metro State College, and Front Range Community College.  When she is not working, you might find Denisha with her family working on a fix and flip vehicle or a remodeling project.  She also enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
